Wow! I cannot say enough thanks to Chris at Electroplumb! He took CARE of installing my aircon in every way, & nothing was too hard, or too much trouble. He was super easy to deal with, as well as super fast with communication. He gave me such a great deal, people didn't believe he included installation at that price! If he wasn't already VERY well loved, he would be now, & he deserves all the respect & more. Just an idea of his nature, I called another company who have an office next door to me, numerous times, before I discovered Chris. He not only took my call immediately, he agreed to see me the next day.. Saturday! Saturday he got a little caught up and called, I had no issue with Monday, at all, but he instead come on SUNDAY, in the POORING RAIN! ... AND was still his amazingly smiley friendly self! Initially got in contact with Electroplumb when the house needed a outdoor drainage pit. Chris visited the house twice for the plan and his mate from Plumberoo did an excellent job under my budget. Chris then later on installed four Gree AC units for my house. His quote was competitive and his work was brilliant - punctual, and worked really hard to finish the install in 2 and half days. He left everything very clean and tidy, and the installation looks neat 🙂 Just a friendly responsible tradie.

Great service, extremely thorough and helpful, Chris really knows his stuff. Was just getting power points installed and he noticed a water leak from the main pipe and he repaired that also in only like 5 minutes! Definitely would 100% recommend and will use in future.
